Monthly New Home Sales GTA March 2012

There were 1,666 Low Rise new home sales and 1,959 High Rise new home sales in March. For Low Rise, it was one the lowest March totals on record; however, the year-over-year change was 12.2% increase from March 2011. For High Rise it was the third best March total on record and a year-over-year decrease of 7.9% from March 2011.
